With over 25 years of experience, Jacky is dedicated to reducing stigma and promoting self-advocacy for adolescents and adults with mental health challenges, as well as their families, caregivers, and friends. All programs in both community and workplace settings are inclusive, evidence-based and recovery focused, with an emphasis on practical strategies to enhance skills and knowledge.
